Bermudians Colin Brown, Melissa Woods, and Anthony DeShields have recently launched Broadview Architecture & Interior Design, a new architecture & interior design firm.

UC Irvine launches state’s first public pharmacy school in almost two decades

Following approval from the UC Board of Regents, UC Irvine announced the establishment of its School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences on Tuesday, making it the first new public pharmacy school in California in nearly two decades.

The school is comprised of the existing department of pharmaceutical sciences and the new department of clinical pharmacy practice.

It is part of the Susan and Henry Samueli College of Health Sciences, which includes the School of Medicine, the Sue and Bill Gross School of Nursing and a planned School of Population and Public Health.

The three-day event is to run from November 11th-13th November alongside Dubai Design Week and aims to showcase local and international architectural talent

Dubai’s inaugural architecture festival seeks to “encourage dialogue on identity, context, placemaking in GCC region,” says organisers and establish the emirate’s first platform to showcase regional architecture, urbanism and sustainable development.
